LANCASTER, Pa.- For the second-consecutive week, senior goalkeeper Lucy Fleming has been named the Centennial Conference Defensive Player of the Week following a pair of clean sheets in a 2-0, playoff-clinching week for the Diplomats.

Fleming repeated as Defensive Player of the Week after delivering 180 minutes of scoreless work in goal in a two-win week that secured F&M's sixth consecutive Centennial Conference Tournament appearance. She made one stop in Wednesday's 2-0 win over Ursinus, while she made two saves in Saturday's 1-0 win over Bryn Mawr to book a spot in the postseason.

Among Centennial Conference goalkeepers, Fleming ranks first in clean sheets (9), third in goals against average (0.41), and fourth in save percentage (.860).

Fleming earned the award for the third time in her career. She won last week following a week where she became F&M's winningest goalkeeper, extending the record to 36 wins this past week. She was named player of the week for the first time on November 3, 2024. It's F&M's third player of the week award of the year, as Emerson McDonald was named offensive player of the week on September 22.

The fifth-seeded Diplomats head to fourth-seeded McDaniel for a Centennial Conference Tournament First Round contest that begins today at 2 p.m.
