PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – The No. 23 Franklin & Marshall women's squash team (8-13) was defeated in the Walker Cup Final by No. 21 St. Lawrence (15-5), 8-1, Sunday morning at the College Squash Association (CSA) Team Divisional Championships. Sunday's appearance in the Walker Cup Final was the Diplomats' first since the 2019-20 season, where F&M fell short against Amherst.
St. Lawrence controlled the individual matches, sweeping five of its eight victories.
Mia Todd got the Diplomats on the scoreboard with a win in the No. 3 match. Todd swept past her opponent, 11-8, 11-4, 11-4, to secure her 11th individual victory of the season.
Franklin & Marshall ends the season with an 8-13 record, improving four spots in the national rankings to finish the year ranked 23rd in the CSA women's varsity team rankings.
