Ryan Flanagan joined the Diplomat Sports Medicine Staff in March 2023. Prior to his time at F&M, Ryan was employed at Bloomsburg University (Pa.) and Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster (OAL). During his time at OAL, he worked at Elizabethtown College, Lancaster County Christian School, and New Covenant Christian School. Flanagan is certified in Functional Movement Screening (Level 1), Blood Flow Restriction, and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization. He also recently completed a certification in vestibular rehabilitation.
Ryan is the Head Football Athletic Trainer during the fall Season. His other sport responsibilities include M/W Swimming, Women’s Lacrosse, M/W Squash, and M/W Rowing. He is a NATA and PATS member and serves as the Department’s Quality Assurance Coordinator. He currently resides in Mt. Joy.
