Franklin & Marshall College

Joe Madrid joined the Franklin & Marshall men’s and women’s rowing teams as an assistant coach prior to the 2024-25 season. Madrid joins the Diplomats’ coaching staff after wrapping up his collegiate career where he was a five-year member of Marietta’s lightweight crew. Graduating from Marietta in 2023 with a degree in petroleum engineering, Madrid helped the Pioneers advance to the Intercollege Rowing Association (IRA) Championships during each of his final three seasons.
