Nicole Hazlewood, MS, LAT, ATC

Nicole Hazlewood joined the Diplomat Sports Medicine Staff in the fall of 2024. Nicole is a graduate of Temple University where she received her bachelor’s degree in exercise in sports science. After graduation, she went to Towson University to get her master’s degree in athletic training. During her time at Towson, Nicole worked with the Johns Hopkins University men’s lacrosse team, Towson University women’s soccer team as well as gaining experience at The McDonogh School and with Towson University’s club sport programs. Nicole also has a vast background in strength and conditioning, working with the University of Pennsylvania’s Sports Performance Center. Nicole was a volunteer first aid provider at the 2022 Baltimore Marathon.

Nicole will be working as the primary Athletic Trainer for women’s soccer, field hockey, women’s basketball, and men’s lacrosse. She is a National Athletic Training Association and Pennsylvania Athletic Trainers’ Society member. Nicole hails from the suburbs of Philadelphia and currently resides in Lancaster.
