• Placed 3^rd in weight throw at Susquehanna Crusader Indoor
• Placed 10^th in shot put at Susquehanna Crusader Indoor
• Placed 10^th in weight throw at Susquehanna Indoor Orange and Maroon Classic
• Placed 3^rd in weight throw at Jack Pyrah Invitational
• Placed 7^th in shot put at Jack Pyrah Invitational
• Placed 3^rd in hammer throw at Crusader Outdoor Classic
• Placed 7^th weight throw at Coach “I” Open

2010-2011: Competed as a junior Olympic weight lifter for the East Coast Gold Weightlifting team, earning gold and best overall junior lifter at both the Maryland –Potomac Valley Championships in Frederick, Maryland and the Gold Cup Challenge in Moorestown, New Jersey.

High School: Varsity basketball; captain senior year, second team all-area MVAL two years and first team all-area MVAL one year... Varsity lacrosse; second team all-area MVAL and MVP... Varsity cross country; first team all-area MVAL and second team all-area Frederick News Post... 21^st place at states as a sophomore.
