Franklin & Marshall College

A two-year captain and all-conference performer at Susquehanna, Caroline Boehm joined the Franklin & Marshall volleyball staff as an assistant coach for the 2025 season. A defensive specialist during her playing career with the River Hawks (2016-19), Boehm was named second-team All-Landmark when she helped her team to the NCAA Tournament during the 2016 season and was additionally a three-time selection to the Landmark Conference’s Academic Honor Roll. The River Hawks made three appearances in the Landmark Conference Championship match during her playing career and won an NCAA Tournament match during Boehm’s senior season before she graduated in 2020 with a degree in English – Literature and Political Science. Boehm is a native of Lancaster, Pa. where she attended Garden Spot High School before her collegiate career.
