Dina Henry (nee White) ’94 returns to her alma mater as head coach for the 2026 season. Henry was a two-sport standout at F&M, excelling in both softball and basketball.
Selected as F&M's Michael T.M. Karvasales '35 Award recipient as the top female senior athlete in her class, Henry has additionally been inducted into the Franklin & Marshall Softball Ring of Honor and was an All-Era selection during the College's Celebration of 100 Years of Basketball.

As an alumna, I am excited to share my experience at F&M while helping our student-athletes grow into confident leaders on and off the field.”
Henry was instrumental in helping both the softball and women's basketball teams to multiple postseason appearances during her time as a student-athlete. She was a three-time first-team all-conference selection in softball who still ranks among the top players in program history for career batting average (.343), slugging percentage (.483), on-base percentage (.433), runs scored (93), runs batted in (57), and stolen bases (42). Inside the Mayser Center, Henry set the school record for three-pointers made in a career (109) while additionally ranking among the all-time greats in both steals and assists for the women's basketball team.
Henry returnedto her alma mater as a coach after spending a decade as the Director of Athletics in the Conestoga Valley School District (2018-present) and at the Linden Hall School for Girls (2014). A champion of athletics, Henry served on the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) District III Committee and the PIAA Board of Directors.
Even during her time working in athletic administration, Henry stayed active in coaching at the club level with Velocity Softball and Spooky Nook Sports. She had previously been a head coach in the Centennial Conference during an 11-year run as the women’s basketball coach at Dickinson College, where she led that team to two NCAA Tournament appearances. Henry was also the Red Devils’ Senior Woman Administrator (SWA) during her final four years in Carlisle.
Henry began her coaching career as an assistant softball coach at Lycoming College before returning to the Centennial Conference as a coach in both softball and basketball at Gettysburg. She received her first head coaching experience at Christian Brothers University and SUNY Fredonia.
Henry graduated from Franklin & Marshall in 1994 with a bachelor's degree in Spanish while earning her teaching certification at Millersville University during that same time. She went on to earn her master's degree in counselor education from McDaniel College in 2002.
