"Dr. Miller's breadth and depth of experiences with operations and facilities will elevate the Diplomat gameday experience," stated Director of Athletics & Recreation Lauren Packer Webster. "His expertise will help us provide a best-in-class environment for our nationally-ranked programs and contribute to the tradition of excellence at F&M."

A leader across Rosemont's entire campus, Miller was responsible for NCAA compliance, athletic facility management, budget management, and scheduling of all intercollegiate contests, practices, camps, and clinics. Prior to Rosemont, Miller served as the Associate Director of Athletics and Recreation at the University of California, Santa Cruz where he worked on the department's senior leadership team and was responsible for the athletic and recreation operations for all of the indoor facilities, aquatic plaza, and over 17 acres of outdoor fields. Miller aided in the development of preventive and long term planning for maintenance and expansion of athletic facilities.

Miller previously held leadership positions at both Longwood University (Assistant Athletic Director for Facilities and Event Management) and Bucknell University (Assistant Athletic Director of Operations and Events). Miller has experience across the Division I, II, and III levels as he formerly held positions with increasing leadership responsibilities at East Stroudsburg and John Carroll University.

A 2010 graduate of Edinboro University, Dr. Miller earned his bachelor's degree in physical education. Miller holds master's degrees from both Indiana University of Pennsylvania (sport management) and Slippery Rock (criminology). He most recently earned his doctorate from East Stroudsburg, studying educational leadership & administration.
