Jeff Stoudt began at Franklin & Marshall in 1994 and currently handles the financial functions of the Athletic Department including the Business and Administrative Operational Systems, the department's Contract Management processes, the Database Management of our interior technical programs, and oversees the Procurement and Sports Medicine departments. He also produces many of GoDiplomats online Broadcasts for the fans of Diplomat Athletics.
Originally hired as a Certified Athletic Trainer, Stoudt became the first Director of Sports Medicine at F&M and had led the Sports Medicine Department for 20 years.Â
Since 2007, Stoudt has served not only as the Director of Sports Medicine, but also as Associate Athletic Director where he served on the Senior Staff of the Athletic Department. Stoudt led the department in the construction of a new 2,000 square foot sports medicine facility housed within Mayser Gymnasium.
He previously served on the National NCAA Division III Financial Aid Committee. He also served as a member of the Strategic Assessment Committee within the Division of Student Affairs. He also served on the Fringe Benefits Committee at F&M. He is currently on the Informational Technology Committee where they review the technical needs of the college.Â
Stoudt is a certified member of the National Athletic Trainers Association, the Board of Certification of Athletic Training, and is licensed by the State Board of Medicine in Pennsylvania.Â
Stoudt is also the past-president of the Franklin & Marshall Parent’s Association that formed the College Hill Children’s Center located on F&M’s campus. As president, he led the Association from a 55 child daycare center to its current facility, one that houses over 200 children and an Eldercare Facility. The 7.5 million dollar facility was part of a historical renovation within Lancaster City that helped revitalize that section of Charlotte Street.
He received his undergraduate degree in Sports Medicine from West Chester University and his Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Louisville.
