Franklin & Marshall College

Jordyn Kamis joined the Franklin & Marshall athletic department at the start of the 2022-23 academic year from Boston College where she worked as the Assistant Learning Specialist and Student-Athlete Academic Mentor. In the newly created Assistant Director of Athletics position, Kamis focuses primarily on compliance, health, welfare, and leadership development as she works to support student-athlete success in the classroom, on the playing field, and in the community. She additionally holds the role of co-advisor of the Student-Athlete Leadership Committee (SALC) and is the department's liaison to F&M's Office of Student and Post-Graduate Development (OSPGD).

At her previous institution, Kamis dedicated her time to multiple Division I teams in tracking their academic progress and providing support services as needed. While at Boston College, she was working towards her master's degree in sports administration and additionally earned her certificate at BC's Woods College of Advancing Studies in student-athlete development.

Kamis brings familiarity to the Centennial Conference as she graduated from Muhlenberg in 2021 after a four-year playing career with the field hockey team. Kamis was also an Executive Board member of the Mules' SAAC/MALT group where she organized athletic department events and organized community outreach on campus. Kamis has also attended professional conferences at the NCAA Career in Sports Forum, Centennial Conference Snell-Shillingford Career in Athletics Symposium, and most recently was a presenter at the USCAA National Convention.
