Franklin & Marshall fell behind by two goals in the first half and couldn't rebound in a 2-1 loss to McDaniel Wednesday afternoon in a Centennial Conference matchup.

McDaniel got an early goal from Jamie Nash; she scored off of a good pass from Caitlin Potter to make it 1-0.

The score stood until just before half when McDaniel's Michelle Fluty scored her fourth goal of the year off of a pass from Brooke Dimon.

F&M (2-10, 2-4) averted the shutout inside of two minutes left when leading scorer Brenna Dolphin scored off of a penalty corner thanks to a great pass from Lindsey Mummert.

Friday Beth Walkenbach's team will be in action again when they face Bryn Mawr at home in a conference contest.
