Trailing 3-1 with just over five minutes to play, Franklin & Marshall's field hockey scored twice to tie, then got a huge goal from Brenna Dolphin in overtime to knock off Swarthmore 4-3 in Centennial Conference action Saturday.
Down by two, the Dips got their first comeback goal from Pamela Cassidy in the 65th minute when she took a pass from Jessica Senior and put it in from the center of the scoring zone.
Less than two minutes later, F&M tied it when Cassidy scored again, off of a pass from Catie Jones.
Cassidy also scored the Dips first goal in the opening half.
In the fifth minute of the OT Dolphin ended things when she took a feed from Jessika Mancino and blasted it in from the edge of the circle.
The Diplomats end their season at 5-12, 5-5 in conference play.
