Muhlenberg outscored Franklin & Marshall 19-2 over the last ten minutes of the first half to cruise to a 77-36 win over the Diplomats (5-12, 4-7 CC) at Memorial Hall Thursday evening. The Mules (14-3, 9-3 CC) connected on more field goals in either half than F&M did during the course of the game.
11 of the 13 Mules seeing minutes got into the scoring column, led by Meghan Courtney's 14. Only Kaitlyn O'Malley joined Courtney in double-figures with 10 points. Five other players contributed five or more points.
Joanna DiPallo led Franklin & Marshall with 10 points. Brittany Braxton had seven points and a game-high of nine rebounds. 22 of the game's 23 players picked up at least one of the game's 80 rebounds.
The Diplomats return to action against Ursinus on Saturday.
