LANCASTER, Pa. - Shannon Summers dished out a career-high seven assists and added goal for a game-best eight points to lead No. 3 Franklin & Marshall over Bryn Mawr 20-1 in Centennial Conference (CC) women's lacrosse action on Saturday.

Summers registered six assists in the first half to reach the 100 career assists plateau, putting her four helpers away from breaking the program record of 107 set by Alexis O'Meara in 2005.

Meredith Lussier collected her third hat trick of the season, scoring three goals in the first 10 minutes of the game to lead the Diplomats (5-0) over the Owls (2-4) to remain undefeated.

F&M scored 19 straight goals, including 15 in the first half alone to make some noise in its first conference game of the season.

Summers recorded seven of her eight points in the opening half, assisting Lussier on her first two goals. She connected with Blake Hargest before scoring her lone goal of the game for an 8-0 lead.

Summers then dished the ball to Laura Ruppersberger, Jen Pritchard and Sarah Veneski for a 14-0 advantage.

F&M scored five goals on seven shots in the second half with five different players finding the back of the net.
