Box Score LANCASTER, Pa. – Franklin & Marshall's
volleyball team recorded its 10th straight win with a 3-1 victory
over Gettysburg in Centennial Conference (CC) action on Wednesday.
The 25-27, 25-18, 25-16, 25-10 win was the second straight defeat
over the Bullets in the CC regular season.
Candice Tussing set up a balanced attack for the Diplomats (13-4,
2-0 CC). Tussing posted a double-double of 14 kills and 10 digs to
go along with three assists and a service ace. Sydney Seydel
recorded 12 digs and five block assists. Kerry Rom and Nicole Morano tallied 11 and 10 digs respectively. Pam Horner
contributed 46 assists and picked up eight digs.
Virgina Hogan had 24 assists, seven digs and a service to lead the
way for the Bullets (10-9, 1-2 CC). Rebecca Rubenstein had nine
digs and Katie Wilson fished with eight digs.
The winning streak ties the mark set by last squad that ended at 10
games.
Franklin & Marshall returns to action on Saturday when the
Diplomats host Bryn Mawr at 12:00 p.m.
