Series History: F&M travels to Baltimore to take on Johns Hopkins for the 96th time since 1957. The Diplomats have won six out of the last nine contests with a 33-13 mark in CC action and hold a 60-35 overall series advantage. However, the Blue Jays picked up a season sweep last year, winning all three contests, including a 50-48 victory in the CC Semifinals.
The Diplomats renew an old rivalry on Saturday when F&M travels to Elizabethtown to take on the Blue Jays. The teams used to face each other every season as members of the Middle Atlantic Conference, but have not faced off since 2003. F&M holds a 33-14 advantage in the series, with E-Town picking up the last victory, 91-78 on Nov. 25, 2003.
Robinson's Climb: Glenn Robinson enters the week with 874 victories, passing Jim Calhoun to rank eighth all-time among all divisions in the NCAA and is six victories shy of taking over the sixth spot on the NCAA All-Time Coaching Victory List. To get there, he will pass coaching legends Adolph Rupp (876) and Dean Smith (879), who hold down the sixth and seventh spots.
CC POTW: Brandon Federici was named the Centennial Conference (CC) Player of the Week for men's basketball announced Monday. The honor is the first for both Federici and the Diplomats this season.
Federici averaged 26.0 points and 5.5 rebounds in a 2-0 week for the Diplomats. He poured in 28 points with four treys in the 82-75 come-from-behind win at Keystone and tallied 24 with five rebounds, three assists and three blocks in a 68-55 win over McDaniel. The freshman shot 62.5 percent from the floor (20-of-32) on the week.
F&M Last Week: F&M picked up two victories last week and improved to 4-0. The Diplomats started out the week with a come-from-behind win over Keystone before taking down McDaniel 68-55 on Saturday.
Franklin & Marshall erased a 23-point first-half deficit to defeat Keystone 82-75 on Tuesday.
Brandon Federici shot 11-for-18 from the floor, including 4-for-8 from behind the arc and finished with a career-high 28 points. Moune went 4-for-5 from the field in 33 minutes of action for 15 points and Morgan Lee ended with 14 points on 4-of-9 shooting.
F&M dominated on the glass with a 41-24 margin, forced 19 turnovers and held a 57-43 percent edge in shooting.
F&M remained unbeaten this season with a 68-55 victory over McDaniel Saturday afternoon.

Brandon Federici added 14 in the second and finished with a game-high 24 points. The freshman went 9-for-14 from the floor, 5-for-5 from the line and added three steals and three blocks. Moune picked up 13 points with six rebounds while Jared Wright netted 10 points with five assists. Morgan Lee chipped in nine, Lionel Owona had five and Hunter Eggers added four for the Diplomats.
Last Time We Met Johns Hopkins: Johns Hopkins defeated Franklin & Marshall 50-48 in last season's Centennial Conference (CC) Semifinals.
Jon Salandra finished with his seventh double-double of the year with 14 points and 14 boards and added three blocks and three steals. Morgan Lee ended with a game-high 16 points, Matt Porter netted six while Jared Wright, Devin Figueroa and Lior Levy all tallied three.
Last Time We Met Elizabethtown: Elizabethtown guard Kyle Conrad drained five-of-nine from the field and eight-of-10 at the foul line for 21 second half points as he finished with a game high 35 to lead the Blue Jays to a 91-78 upset of No. 18 Franklin & Marshall College in the Mayser Center.
For Franklin & Marshall, all five starters broke into double-digits in scoring. Center Steve Juskin led the way with 15 points, four blocks and eight rebounds, while Duran Searles added 13 points and six assists. Jackiem Wright chipped in 11 points with five assists, while Brandon Smith and Bob Lynch dropped in 14 points apiece.
The keys to the game were free throw shooting, fouls and turnovers as the Jays made 32-of-37 at the charity stripe off 26 Franklin & Marshall College fouls. In turnovers Elizabethtown scored 25 points off 23 Diplomats' turnovers.
In the first half the game was all F&M as the Diplomats built a 15-3 lead behind six points from Lynch.
