LANCASTER, Pa. – Franklin & Marshall's No. 16 women's squash team was edged out by No. 10 Dartmouth, 6-3, on Thursday evening at the Mayser Center.
The Diplomats dropped to 2-3 with the loss, while the Big Green improved to 1-1.
By the Numbers
Four matches on the day went past three games, including Lauren Johnston's thrilling 3-2 win at the No. 4 spot, that saw the sophomore win the final game by a narrow 11-9 score. Fiona Murphy remained a perfect 5-0 on the season after earning a decisive 3-0 sweep at No. 2.
The Big Green extended a 15-match winning streak against F&M, dating back to the 1992 season.
