LANCASTER, Pa. – Franklin & Marshall's No. 22 women's squash team rolled past No. 23 St. Lawrence by a dominant 8-1 score on Friday night at the Mayser Center. 

With the victory, the Diplomats improved to 2-13 while the Saints fell to 9-8. 

Senior Day 

Before the start of the match, F&M honored its three-member senior class of Andreina Benedith, Lauren Johnston, and Sherilyn Yang. 

By the Numbers 

The Diplomats earned sweep at each of the top four positions on the ladder with Yang (No. 1) Johnston (No. 2) and Benedith (No. 3) each celebrating senior day with impressive 3-0 wins, while Ellen Verry (No. 4) also cruised to a 3-0 win. 

Four additional Diplomat wins came by 3-1 scores, including a pair from Clare Tompkins (No. 7) and Katie Anderson who each battled back from 1-0 deficits to win three consecutive frames. 

F&M has now won 10 straight against St. Lawrence, dating back to the 2007-08 season.
