LANCASTER, Pa. – The No. 24 Franklin & Marshall women's squash team was defeated in its home opener by No. 3 Penn, 9-0, Friday evening at the Mayser Squash Courts. Penn didn't allow the Diplomats to win a single game, claiming 3-0 sweeps in all nine matches.

Rory Dasher had the best opportunity to earn a game-win for the Diplomats in the No. 6 slot as she was narrowly defeated 11-9 in the first. Gurlin Kaur (No. 1) and Lavanya Seshasayee (No. 8) also kept a close score in each game of their respective matches, but couldn't gain an edge on their opponents.
