No. 24 Women's Squash Falls to No. 16 Middlebury

LANCASTER, Pa. – The No. 24 Franklin & Marshall women's squash team (2-6) was downed in its home match against No. 16 Middlebury (6-2), 9-0, Sunday afternoon at the Mayser Center Squash Courts. The Diplomats were kept off the scoreboard with the Panthers sweeping through all nine of the individual matches.

Gurlin Kaur kept her opponent within striking distance in all three games in the No. 1 slot, but couldn't overtake the Panthers on the scoreboard. Zarine Gidwaney (No. 2) and Mia Todd (No. 3) also battled to close finishes in each game, but came up short in their respective matches.

No. 24 Franklin & Marshall now sets its sights on the CSA Individual Championships, starting on Saturday, January 25 in New York, New York.
