LANCASTER, Pa.- After tying for third place at the 2026 Centennial Conference Women's Golf Championship, sophomore
Sarah Wang was named to the All-Centennial Conference team for the first time, while
Riya Sood represented F&M on the conference's All-Sportsmanship Team.
Wang carded an 80 (+8) and 77 (+5) for a combined score of 157 (+13) across the two-round tournament to tie for third place. Across the 2025-26 season, she earned four medals, placed in the top three in eight of nine tournaments, and finished no worse than a tie for fifth place. Across 11 rounds, her 78.2 scoring average is the best single-season scoring average in program history, besting her previous program record of 80.6 in 2024-25.Â
Riya Sood is the program's 2026 representative on the 2026 Centennial Conference All-Sportsmanship Team. The sophomore tied for 12th place at the Centennial Conference Women's Golf Championship, recording a two-day score of 179 (+35). Across 2025-26, she recorded a 95.0 scoring average over ten rounds played, with a best round of 90 (+18) at the Dickinson Fall Invitational from the Carlisle Barracks Golf Course.Â
The Franklin & Marshall women's golf team wrapped up the 2026 season with a third-place finish at the Centennial Conference Women's Golf Championship, recording the team's second-best tournament score for a two-day championship at 714 (+158). The team's 358.9 scoring average this academic year is the second-best behind the 349.9 scoring average 2022-23.Â
