NORMAN, Okla. – Franklin & Marshall men's golfers David McNamara and Pablo Rodriguez were named 2025-26 Cobalt Golf All-America Scholars for NCAA Division III by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA).
 
To be eligible for Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar nomination, an individual must be a sophomore, junior or senior both academically and athletically in NCAA Division I, II, III, and NAIA, or receiving their associate's degree and in their last year of athletic eligibility in the NJCAA. In addition, they must participate in 50% of their team's competitive rounds, have a stroke average under 79.0 in NCAA Division III, and maintain a minimum cumulative career grade-point average of 3.2. A recipient must also be of high moral character and be in good standing at their college or university.

First-time Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar David McNamara concluded a junior season where he played a role in the Diplomats securing a Centennial Conference Men's Golf Championship to qualify for the NCAA Championship. Across 16 rounds, he averaged a score of 76.6, with a best finish of a tie for fourth at the Swarthmore Spring Invitational, posting an eight-over 221 across the three-round tournament from the White Manor Country Club. He has twice appeared in the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll.

Sophomore Pablo Rodriguez is also a first-time Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar. Across nine rounds in the 2025-26 season, he had a scoring average of 77.2 with a best finish of third place in with a seven-under par 137 at the two-round Dickinson Fall Invite from the Carlisle Barracks Golf Course. 
 
261 NCAA Division III athletes from 95 schools earned 2025-26 Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar honors. Calvin had the most recipients from one school in NCAA Division III with six. 
 
The Franklin & Marshall men's golf team had a strong 2025-26 campaign that produced the program's 15th Centennial Conference championship, 18th NCAA tournament appearance, and a rank of No. 25 in the final GCAA Division III poll.
