LANCASTER, Pa.- Franklin & Marshall women's soccer sophomore forward Emerson McDonald was named the Centennial Conference Offensive Player of the Week for the first time in her career.

McDonald scored both game-winning goals in a 2-0 week for the Diplomats. Her 35th-minute half-volley shot on an Amanda Nemeth assist proved the only goal needed for F&M to earn a 1-0 victory over Arcadia on Wednesday night. She also scored a header from a Grace Craig corner kick in a 3-0 win at Muhlenberg to begin Centennial Conference play on Saturday. 

McDonald collected regional and conference accolades in her rookie collegiate season, earning a spot on the United Soccer Coaches All-Region V Second Team and the All-Centennial Conference First Team in 2025.

The Diplomats play two home Centennial Conference matches this week, hosting Washington College on Wednesday, September 23, and (RV) Swarthmore on Saturday, September 26.
