LANCASTER, Pa.- For the seventh time in her career and the first time in the 2026-27 season, Sarah Wang was named the Centennial Conference Women's Golfer of the Week following her tournament victory at the Gettysburg Fall Invitational.

Wang earned her second-consecutive medal of the fall with her tournament victory at Saturday's Gettysburg Fall Invitational from the Hanover Country Club. She carded a three-over par 74 in the 18-hole event, finishing three strokes ahead of her nearest competitor, with five birdies and eight pars across the round.

That tournament concluded the fall slate for the women's golf team following the weather-induced cancellation of Sunday's tri-match against McDaniel and Dickinson. The Diplomats will return in the spring with sights ultimately set on the 2027 Centennial Conference Women's Golf Championship on Saturday, April 24, and Sunday, April 25.
