High School: Played two years of varsity football... Academic All-Conference... Recipient of James Pemberton Award and Kris Darroff Award... Led team in tackles for a loss in 2012.. Named Academic All-Shore Conference Team... Also wrestled varsity for two years... Wrestling team captain as a senior... As a senior went 25-7 at 182 and 195 pounds, finished third in District 22 and fifth in Region 6... Third team all-county senior year... Selected to Star Ledger All-Monmouth County Team... Won Jon Frent Award... Three years varsity track... Finished third in NJSIAA Group 3 State Sectionals in javelin... National Honor Society... Spartan Scholar Principal’s Recognition List...
