Franklin & Marshall College

Ryan Luke began his coaching career at Franklin & Marshall in the fall of 2016 and will enter his seventh season with the Diplomats in 2023.

In addition to serving at the team's hitting coach, Luke works defensively with the Diplomats catchers. Outside of the spring season, Luke handles recruiting efforts on a national scale while also setting up/implementing offseason camps with Coach Horning.  

Luke was a three-year captain at Moravian College, where he led the Greyhounds to four consecutive conference championship game appearances and a pair of NCAA Tournament showings. The third baseman was a three-time Landmark All-Conference selection, including two stints on the first team, a two-time All-Region selection and holds several top-10 marks in the program’s record book.

During the 2016 season, Luke served as the Director of Baseball Operations at Lafayette College where he helped run the day-to-day operations of the program, along with coordinating team travel, on-campus recruiting and facility maintenance among other duties.

He graduated from Moravian in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management and is currently a member of the ABCA.
