Collin Shank

Former Millersville standout Collin Shank joined the Franklin & Marshall football staff as the Tight Ends Coach during the 2021 season. His efforts have already paid immediate dividends as he mentored the team's leading reciever, Drew Benfatti, to earn a spot on the All-Centennial Conference team. Shank graduated from Millersville in 2020 with his bachelor’s degree in sports business. A standout quarterback on the Marauders before injuries cut his career prematurely, Shank played in 20 career games as he made starts during each of his healthy seasons, accounting for 3,502 passing yards and 22 touchdowns.

Prior to Millersville, Shank had a legendary career at Lampeter-Strasburg where his 8,012 career passing yards are the second-most in Lancaster-Lebanon (L-L) League history. He completed 520-of-945 career passes for 77 touchdowns while rushing for 1,525 yards and 24 more touchdowns. He earned first-team All-PIAA honors after being named the L-L Player of the Year in 2015. Shank earned first-team all-league honors as both a quarterback and outside linebacker, was named team MVP three times, and led the Pioneers to four consecutive district playoff appearances.
