Frank Fuller

Frank Fuller joined the Franklin & Marshall football coaching staff prior to the start of 2024 season. In addition to his coaching duties with the Diplomats, Fuller is instrumental in the team’s leadership development & implementation. Fuller served 24 years as a United States Naval Officer followed by a 20-year career as a Senior Sales Executive.

Fuller was responsible for leading several hundred sailors aboard aircraft carriers, guided missile frigates, various naval combatant vessels and at naval bases. Most noteworthy, Fuller served at the White House under the Clinton and Bush Administrations as the Director, Presidential Food Service. As a Sales Executive, Fuller was responsible for leading teams across the United States and Canada to generate over $380M is sales annually.

Fuller and his wife Terry have two sons and five grandchildren. Patrick is a federal government employee serving at the Navy Yard, Washington, D.C. Brendan, a former Division III basketball player for the University of Scranton and Associate Athletic Director for the University of Delaware, is currently a Sales Executive for Catapult, a wearable sports tech manufacturer.
