Franklin & Marshall College

Jeff Sejour joined the Franklin & Marshall coaching staff prior to the start of the 2021 season. Sejour serves as the Diplomats’ Special Teams Coordinator and Linebackers Coach. He comes to Lancaster after working his way up to head coach and defensive coordinator at Flint Hill School. He also worked with offensive coordinator Tom Verbanic during the 2020 season. Sejour's most recent collegiate experience came at Virginia Military Institute (VMI) where he worked with both the linebackers and secondary, along with his responsibilities as Video Coordinator.

He previously coached the linebackers at Howard University in 2017 after becoming the secondary and JV coach at Bridgewater College (Va.) in 2016. In addition to his college coaching experience, Sejour brings a wealth of high school experience from Northern Virginia where he coached football, track, and basketball between stops at Fairfax, T.C. Williams, and James Madison.

Sejour was a dual-sport athlete, excelling in both football and track at Lafayette College. He was a defensive back for the Leopards as they won two Patriot League Championships during his playing career. He was additionally a track & field captain and Patriot League champion in the triple jump before competing professionally in track & field for three years.

Sejour earned his bachelor’s degree in neuroscience from Lafayette in 2006 where he was also selected to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
