Franklin & Marshall College

Cianciola joined the F&M coaching staff in the spring of 2017. He coaches the defensive line and was instrumental in mentoring Joe Granahan (first-team All-Centennial Conference/F&M Sack Leader) and Brendan Kilkenny (second-team All-CC) during its remarkable 2018 season. 

Cianciola served as the inside linebacker coach at Grove City for the 2017 season. Prior to that, Cianciola was a four-year starter for Grove City on the defensive side of the ball. 

The Ohio native graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science.
