A two-time team captain and honorable mention All-Centennial Conference linebacker during his senior season, Owen Walsh '24 joined the Diplomats’ coaching staff in the spring of 2024. Walsh played in 30 games during his final three seasons with F&M and finished his career with 145 tackles, nine pass break ups, 2.5 sacks, two forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery. He set career highs in tackles (68), tackles for loss (5.5), and sacks (2.0) during his all-conference senior campaign where he was additionally named the MVP of the Centennial-MAC Bowl Series win against King’s (Pa.) to help the Diplomats finish that 2023 season with an 8-3 record. Walsh graduated from Franklin & Marshall with a degree in mathematics.
