Franklin & Marshall College

John Reagan Moore joined the Franklin & Marshall men’s soccer coaching staff prior to the 2021 season and helped the team achieve a national ranking as high as No. 2 as the Diplomats advanced to the NCAA Tournament during his first year at F&M. Before coming to the Diplomats, Moore spent three seasons as the lead assistant at nearby Lancaster Bible College. During his time with the Chargers, Moore helped Lancaster Bible to back-to-back North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) Championship game appearances in 2018 and 2019 prior to the abbreviated 2020 schedule.

In addition to his experience at the collegiate level, Moore was selected as the head coach of the expansion Lancaster Elite men’s first team, which joined the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) during its expansion in the spring of 2021.

A defender and midfielder during his collegiate career at Gordon College, Moore helped Gordon advance to four straight Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Tournaments, including a championship appearance in 2010. He graduated from Gordon in 2012.
