Franklin & Marshall College

Ryan Butler joined the Franklin & Marshall men’s soccer coaching staff prior to the 2023 season. Butler is a former starting forward for the Philadelphia Fury, a professional soccer team in the American Soccer League. Throughout his career with the Fury, Butler scored 41 goals in 39 appearances.

Bringing a familiarity to the Centennial Conference, Butler played his college career at Ursinus where he was a four-time All-Centennial Conference selection. He graduated from the Bears’ program ranked second in school history with 36 career goals. Butler graduated with his bachelor of science in health & exercise physiology in 2016 and is currently working towards his certification to become a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
