Franklin & Marshall College

Steve Schreffler joined the Franklin & Marshall volleyball team as an assistant coach prior to the 2023 season. Schreffler is a recent graduate of Elizabethtown College where he was twice named to the Landmark’s All-Academic Team. Playing on the first-ever varsity men's team at Elizabethtown, Schreffler helped the Blue Jays to 11 victories during the 2019 season before the majority of the 2020 season was canceled. He started his intercollegiate career at Thiel College during the 2018 season.

Graduating from Elizabethtown in 2022 with a degree in communications, Schreffler was also an active member of the United States Army from 2013-15 and received an honorable discharge. Outside of volleyball, Schreffler works as an asset production manager and hosts “The Sound Podcast” after previously working in the athletic communications office during his undergraduate career with the Blue Jays.
