WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – Franklin & Marshall freshman,
Ellie Foster, was eliminated from the Holleran Cup Division of the
College Squash Association Individual Championships Saturday.
Foster fell 10-8, 9-6, 7-9, 9-7 to Tufts' No. 3 player,
Stefanie Marx.
The 3-1 loss matches the outcome of the February 13 meeting
between the two.
Foster was bumped to the consolation bracket in her first match
on Friday, but rebounded in her first match in that bracket to
advance to Saturday's portion of the competition. She wraps
up her inaugral campaign with a 10-12 record.
