Diplomats Compete at Jack Pyrah Invite

HAVERFORD, Pa. – The Franklin & Marshall women's indoor track & field team competed at the Jack Pyrah Invitational Friday evening. The invitational featured primarily Division I schools with Swarthmore and F&M competing as the only Division III institutions.

Caitlin Regan placed sixth in the 500-meter dash with a 1:20.41. Regan's time is the second fastest in school history and not far off the school mark of 1:19.85, held by Megan Hunter '10.

In the long jump, Kristen Marinaccio finished with a 16' 3", which was good enough for sixth place. Sylvia Zohrabian and Katie Allison took seventh and eighth respectively in the pole vault. Both cleared 9' 0.25".

The Diplomats return to action on January 15th at the Kutztown Invitational.
