Van Wingerden, Crawley Win At Millersville

MILLERSVILLE, Pa. – Two Diplomats won individual events at the Millersville Metric Saturday at Millersville University. Arielle Van Wingerden won the javelin with a throw of 38.97 meters and Sheena Crawley crossed first in the 800 with a 2:13.40. The meet was a non team scoring event.

Martha Stefaniak placed 10^th in the shot put with a 10.85 meters and finished fifth in the discus with 35.38 meters while Caitlin Regan was third in the 800 with 2:16.57. Amy Burke (20:05.80 ) was fifth, Lauren Dever (21:33.94) eighth and Kathleen Lane 11^th (22:03.12) in the 5,000

Henley Siegrist was second in Section Two of the 400 and seventh in the 200 with a 26.63. Bridget Grogan was 24^th in the 1,500 in 5:21.69 and Claire Marshall 14^th in the 400 hurdles in 1:11.21.
