NEWARK, Del. – Sheena Crawley took first in the 3000-meter at the Thomson Invitational hosted by Delaware Saturday afternoon. The event featured teams from all three divisions and was non-team scoring invite.
Crawley turned in a 10:20.29 in the field of 31 participants to reset her own school record. The senior previous set the school best with a time of 10.22.70.
Rebecca Swisher continued her successful rookie campaign with a fourth place finish in the pole fault. Swisher recorded 10'-10" in an event that featured 31 athletes.
F&M returns to action Feb. 1 at Susquehanna.
