PHILADELPHIA, PA. – Emily Caldwell kicked off action at the 2014 Collegiate Squash Association (CSA) Individual Championships with an opening round loss to Drexel's Mary Fung-A-Fat in the Holleran Cup (Women's B Draw) on Friday afternoon.

Caldwell fell behind after an 11-8 loss in the first game but battled back to tie the match at 1-1 after an 11-6 victory in the second. However, Fung-A-Fat captured the final two frames at 11-6, 11-2  en route to the 3-1 win. 

The sophomore from Fairfield, Conn., returns to action in tomorrow's consolation bracket with a 9:00 a.m. matchup against Hamilton's Hilary Gray. Live results for Saturday can be found here.
