Women's Squash

Diplomats Dominate on Senior Day

LANCASTER, Pa. – Franklin & Marshall's No. 18 ranked women's squash team dominated No. 27 Mount Holyoke by an 8-1 score on senior day in Mayser. 

The Diplomats improved to 11-9 with their third straight win while the Lyons fell to 4-14.

Before the start of the match, the Diplomats honored their two-member senior class of Julia Bevan and Katherine Galambos

By the Numbers

F&M rolled to eight sweeps on the day. Sam Sankaran dropped only four points through three frames at the No. 5 position (11-2, 11-1, 11-1) while Zoe Quayle cruised at No. 7 with scores of 11-1 in each frame. 

Grace Smith commanded action at No. 8 with a pair of shutout games in an 11-1, 11-0, 11-0 win.
