PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – Emily Knapp and Audrey Berling represented Franklin & Marshall at Friday's opening day of the College Squash Association (CSA) Individual Championships, hosted by Penn. The duo each battled in a pair of competitive matches but were eliminated from the tournament.

Knapp opened play with a tough 3-0 loss (11-3, 11-2, 11-3) against the bracket's top-seeded Trinity's Vanessa Raj. In consolation's Knapp battled Wesleyan's Aditi Prasad but came up short by scores of 11-4, 11-4, and 11-8 to see her tournament draw to a close.
Audrey Berling – Holloran Cup - West
Berling's Round of 16 match took nearly an hour to complete as the Diplomats' No. 1 lost a tough 3-2 contest to Virginia's Amanda Haywood. She forced a fifth frame with a strong 11-7 win in the fourth before dropping a narrow 15-13 match in the final stanza.
In consolations, Berling faced Columbia's Elizabeth Lentz but fell in a 3-0 (11-4, 11-8, 11-5) contest that ended her run.
