LANCASTER, Pa. – The Franklin & Marshall men's tennis team was defeated by No. 15 Johns Hopkins, 8-1, to start the Diplomats' spring slate Saturday morning in the Alumni Sports & Fitness Center.
The pairing of
Luke Brodsky and
Campbell Gervais claimed a hard-fought 8-6 victory in the third doubles match to get the Diplomats started entering the spring season. With Brodsky only being a sophomore and Gervais a first-year, this duo looks to be a strong combination that will contribute to Franklin & Marshall's success for a while.
Franklin & Marshall now hits the road to play at Villanova on Friday, starting at 6:00 p.m.
