LANCASTER, Pa. – The Franklin & Marshall men's tennis team (5-7, 2-1 CC) was defeated in its non-conference match against Salisbury (11-3), 5-4, Saturday afternoon at the Brooks Tennis Center.
The Seagulls swept through all three doubles' matches to take an early 3-0 lead. In the singles matches,
Luke Brodsky earned a win for the Diplomats in the No. 1 position, 6-2, 6-4, to claim his eighth victory of the season.
Daniel Feigelson won his seventh singles match of the year, 7-6, 7-6, in the No. 4 slot.
Pedro Norte claimed his eighth victory of the season with a 6-4, 6-2 win in the No. 5 singles match.
Soren Rudin-Aulenbach battled in the No. 6 position for his seventh victory in his rookie season. Rudin-Aulenbach outlasted his opponent in a tiebreaker to officially win the match, 6-2, 2-6, 1(12)-0(10).
Franklin & Marshall returns to its Centennial Conference (CC) slate on Wednesday at Ursinus, with the match beginning at 4:00 p.m.
