PHILADELPHIA, Pa.- The Franklin & Marshall men's rowing team concluded the fall season at Saturday's Head of the Schuylkill Regatta, with the varsity men's 8+ taking third in Division III in the Club Championship race.
F&M had entered a pair of Varsity 8+ crews in the event, with the A lineup, from bow to stern, featured

Peter Kutscher,
Saul Schoenholtz,
Max Taxter,
Max Goldman,
Aemon Cameron,
Tai Jespersen,
Moemen Ibrahim, and
Don Ang as the coxswain.
From bow to stern, the B lineup included
Gordon Clifford,
Harris Zhang,
Vinny Valentine,
Lucas Barroso,
Jerry Cui,
Ahmed Sherif,
Kunaal Chatterjee,
Zaeem Zia, and
Mithayus Diaz as the coxswain.
The A lineup earned 29th place from 45 crews with a time of 12:49.727, logging the third-best DIII time in the event and securing Bronze, while the B lineup placed 43rd with a time of 15:22.025.

Bob Brady. "The team has put in a lot of work this fall and it showed in this race - taking third for DIII. It's a great way for the team to finish, and also to send off our coxswain
Don Ang, who will be graduating this December."
Two Varsity 4+ crews also competed for F&M. The A lineup included, from bow to stern, Ripperger, Schoenholtz, Zia, Goldman, and Ang as the coxswain. From bow to stern, the B lineup featured Clifford, Zhang, Cui, Sherif, and Diaz as the coxswain. The A lineup earned 31st from 41 crew, logging a time of 14:30.861, while the B line earned 39th with a time of 16:04.772.
F&M also entered a Novice 4+ lineup that featured, from bow to stern, Valentine, Barroso, Chatterjee, Kutscher, and Ruth Donohue as the coxswain. The team finished in 13th from 20 competing crews, finishing with a time of 15:08.733.
In addition, F&M began the day with two crews racing in the men's pair. They consisted of Cameron and Jespersen, and Ibrahim and Taxter. Cameron and Jespersen logged a time of 14:58.349, while Ibrahim and Taxter finished in 15:41.023.
"The Head of the Schuylkill was a great way to wrap up our fall season, as everyone got multiple races in and great competition. It will set a good tone for the team heading into winter training and beyond," said Coach Brady.
