PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – The No. 22 Franklin & Marshall women's squash team (7-13) came up short in the Walker Cup Final, falling to No. 21 Wesleyan (13-5), 8-1, Sunday morning at the College Squash Association (CSA) National Team Championships.
Gurlin Kaur earned a big 3-0 victory in the No. 1 slot, winning 11-5, 11-5, 11-3, to pick up her eighth win of the season and third victory of the tournament.
Tatum Long battled in the No. 5 match, but was held off, 3-2. Down 2-0, Long won two-straight games, 11-9, 11-9 to tie the score, but her opponent took the fifth, 11-9, to win the match.
No. 22 Franklin & Marshall concludes the 2024-25 season with an overall record of 7-13.
