Men's Golf Places Two on All-Region Team

NORMAN, Okla. – Roy Anderson and Quishi He of the Franklin & Marshall men's golf team were both recognized on the NCAA Division III PING All-Region III Team, as announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) on Sunday. Anderson lands on the All-Region team for the second-consecutive year, while He earns All-Region honors after a stellar rookie campaign.

Anderson averaged a team-best 73.2 round score this season with six top-10 finishes. Anderson also recorded a 64 in the opening round of The Gauntlet, which is the lowest round score on the Diplomats this year. The senior ended his career by carding a seven-over par to finish fifth in the Centennial Conference (CC) Championships, leading F&M to a second-place finish. For his performance, Anderson earned a spot on the All-Centennial Conference team for the second year in a row.

He averaged a round score of 74.3 with two top-five finishes during his impressive first year at F&M. He tallied his lowest round score at the F&M Spring Invitational, shooting a 68 to tie for third in the tournament. The first-year ended his season recording a nine-over par in the CC Championships, which tied him for seventh in the field.

Franklin & Marshall ended the season with a second-place finish in the Centennial Championship, scoring 892 (28-over par) as a team in the three-day tournament.
