DOYLESTOWN, Pa. - The Franklin & Marshall's women's cross country placed second in the Delaware College Invitational Saturday. The Diplomats were one point shy of winner of West Chester University in the 15 team race.

The Diplomats had two runners in the top ten. Emily Wilson placed seventh with 24:43 followed closely by Amy Jordan who ran 25:11. Alexis Teevins just missed the top ten, placing 11^th with a 25:40.

Kelly Farrelly placed 22^nd running a 26:50 and Jenna Bush's 27:02 was good enough for 28^th place.

Rounding out the team were Mary Kate Shelley (34^th in 27:11), Bridget Grogan (38^th in 27:28) and Liz Albright (40^th in 27:32).

Melissa Zimmerman and Lauren Dever placed 43^rd and 44^th respectively with times of 27:35 and 27:39. Kara Doolan and Grace Thompson crossed the finished after one another, running 27:43 and 27:45.

F&M returns to action when they travel to Gettysburg on September 15^th for the Little 3 Classic.
