GETTYSBURG, Pa. -- Julia Zielinski placed 11th to lead Franklin & Marshall to a 12th place finish at the Gettysburg Invitational on Saturday morning. The event featured teams from all three divisions with 26 teams participating.
Zielinski crossed the finish line in 23:11 while Alexandra Lucki from Maryland took the top spot in 21:50.
Grace Adams took 49th at 24:27 while Rachel Weiss finished at 24:46 and placed 59th out of 280 participants.
Kathleen McCutcheon ran 26:32 and Abby Grehlinger placed 110th at 26:46. Caroline Kearney finished at 27:00 and Meredith Malcolm crossed the line in 28:30.
F&M returns to action on Oct. 31st at the 2015 Centennial Conference Championship hosted by Johns Hopkins at Stevenson University.
