Series History: One of the most historic non-conference rivalries for F&M's men soccer team is slated for Wednesday when the Diplomats travel to Elizabethtown for the annual Smith-Herr Boot Game. F&M has not lost to the Blue Jays since 2009 but trails at 24-10-4 in the all-time series.

On Saturday, Centennial Conference (CC) play opens on the road at Swarthmore. The Garnet lead 38-27-5 in the series but the Diplomats have taken four straight, dating back to 2012.

Last Weekend: F&M went 1-0-1 over the weekend at Tylus Field with a 2-0 shutout of Oswego St. on Friday and a 0-0 2OT draw with Oglethorpe on Saturday.

Against Oswego, Maxwell Geuder scored the first goal of his career and goalkeeper Dave Reingold earned his first shutout after collecting three saves. Geuder's goal came in the 42nd minute while Ben Wild tallied the Diplomats' other marker in the 82nd minute.

On Saturday against Oglethorpe, 110 minutes of play on a hot and muggy evening in Lancaster ended with neither team finding the back of the net, despite a multitude of chances from each. Reingold (3-0-2) was impressive again, stopping three shots for his second shutout in two days.

Non-Conference Win Streak: With a 3-0-2 start, the Diplomats extended their regular-season unbeaten streak against non-conference opponents to 29, a mark that stretches back to 2012.

In the Rankings: F&M moved up five spots to No. 7 in this week's National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) poll.

D3Soccer.com has the Diplomats ranked No. 11, down four spots from last week. Haverford is the only other CC Institution to crack the top-25, dropping seven spots to No. 19.

Among the Leaders (CC): Jason Tonelli is second in the CC in points (6) and is tied for first in goals (3) through the opening two weeks of the season. Okolie is tied for second with two assists and senior goalkeeper Dave Reingold holds the third-lowest goals-against-average mark in the conference at 0.55. Reingold's 17 saves are tied for second, and his .850 save percentage is third.

Another Stong Start: The Diplomats 3-0-2 start to the season marks the fifth-consecutive year F&M has not taken a loss through its first five matches.
